Poor coverage problem and how to solve it?
Poor coverage may occur due to many reasons, as outlined below. The reasons could be excessive thinning of the paint, thinning not based on the legend information, failure to do the necessary surface preparations, failure to use primer, excessive use of primer even though not necessary, the amount of the paint not being sufficient for the surface of application and failure to use proper application tools. The presence of at least one or more of these reasons will cause the coverage problem to arise. If such problem is experienced, the above criteria should be evaluated while making a preliminary examination. It is of great importance to achieve the correct result as much as possible during such evaluation. The coverage standards have already been determined in all paint sets produced by our company. Products are launched to the market pursuant to these standards. For this reason, it is unlikely that the coverage problem that may be faced after the application is caused by our company.
