Massiveline Coloured Exterior Varnish is a colored wood varnish that adheres well to the surface, while protecting the wooden surfaces against sun beams, humidity, etc. atmospheric impacts and mold growth and providing long-lasting protection of the wood with its reinforced durability, flexibility, waterproofing features. Easily absorbed by wood. Protects the wood from ultraviolet ray impacts and does not fade thanks to its special pigments.

Used on all interior and exterior wooden surfaces, doors, windows, wooden garden furniture, marine vehicles and wooden joinery.

Application Method

Surfaces must be dry, free from oil, dirt and dust, should be sanded if necessary and sand-dust must be cleaned. Knots should be wiped with Cellulosic Thinner, if any. In repair applications, it is essential that the old varnish or paint is thoroughly removed from the wooden surface.
If more effective protection against bacteria, mold, fungus and woodworms is desired on the surface, Pinostar Decorative Wood Varnish Matt should be used.
Applied in minimum 2 coats with a brush or a roller. The first coat should be thinned with 15-20% of Synthetic Thinner for the varnish to penetrate better to the wood and the second and third coats should be applied without being thinned. It is recommended to allow 24 hours in between the coats. Will be tack-free in 2 hours, dust-free in 4 hours and hard-dry in 6-8 hours

Spreading Rate

An area of 15-18 m² can be covered with 1 lt in a single coat depending on the type of wood applied.
