Properties

It is easily absorbed by wood, it gives a silky appearance without damaging the texture of wood with its semi-matt appearance, it is transparent. It resists against atmospheric conditions, its colors do not fade. Scratch and wear resistance is high. Its micro porous structure allows the wood to breathe.

It is used for all kinds of wood joinery, facade cladding and painting of garden furniture.

Application Method

Surfaces should be cleaned from oil, dirt and dust, if necessary sanding and dust should be cleaned. Knots, if any, should be wiped with Dyo Cellulosic Thinner.

It is ready to use without thinning. 2 coats are applied to the surface with 24 hour intervals by using a brush, roller or spray gun. When the surfaces painted with Pinosan Wood Varnish need to be repainted, the old painted surface should be wiped with a damp cloth and one coat should be painted with the same color.
After the application, the brushes and tools can be cleaned with Dyo Synthetic Thinner.

Spreading Rate

Depending on the type of wood applied, 12-18 m2 of area can be covered with 1 L in a single coat.
